The brief
Increase marketing efficiency and productivity for an arts organisation in Crieff, Perthshire.

My role
I analysed how their multi-channel campaigns were performing. I developed a customised marketing mix, delivered training, and produced best practice guidelines. I audited their website and made recommendations on ticketing and venue hire sections

The result
I presented my findings to the management team, and as a written report. The organisation has begun to implement my advice and has already seen impressive growth in online sales.
